・Unauthorized parking and bicycle parking
We have received feedback from residents who are concerned about unauthorized parking and bicycle parking on the premises. Please refrain from parking bicycles in places other than bicycle parking spaces, such as common area corridors, and from parking bicycles unauthorizedly on the premises.

・Smoking on the premises
Smoking is prohibited in the common areas, including the veranda. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

・About delivery boxes
In order to ensure equal use of the delivery lockers, please collect your parcels promptly when using the delivery locker.

[Regarding facility requests]

・Regarding requests for additional equipment installation, etc.
We will take your comments into consideration and make improvements to our facilities and services as much as possible.

・Regarding switching of internet lines
We will deal with any requests that are possible in the order they are received. Please contact the management company for more information.

・I want there to be a trash can near the mailbox where I can put flyers.
We are making improvements to the extent possible based on the situation at each facility.

・About burnt out light bulbs in common areas
If you notice that a light bulb has burned out in the common areas, please contact the management company and we will respond as soon as possible.
