Pressure points to clear your head
Try pressing your thumb into the hollow of your temple.
Simply pressing gently is effective for eye strain, headaches, stress relief, and dizziness.
When stretching, focusing on deep breathing can help you relax your whole body more easily and be more effective.
If you want to feel even more refreshed, try neck stretches.
