This event will welcome monks from Zenkatsu, a group of monks who work under the theme of "applying Zen to everyday life," and aims to make Zen more accessible to everyone.
Anyone who is a member of the Ladoux Serre Community Portal (registration is free) can easily participate for free.
We hope that participating in this "Zen Event" will be an opportunity for everyone living in Ladoux-Serre to reset their minds.

Event Details
You will come into contact with the teachings of Zen and Buddhism through seated meditation and sermons. It is not strict or intimidating, but rather a casual experience that can be incorporated into your daily life as a peaceful lifestyle.
Anyone of any age or gender is welcome to participate. Please wear your everyday attire. We also plan to have a Q&A session and other exchanges. This is a great opportunity to get up close and personal with monks and Buddhism, which you may not have many opportunities to meet in your everyday life, so please come along and join us.
Precautions
During the Q&A session, please limit your questions to Zen-related topics. Please refrain from asking questions about your own temples, etc.
