How to use
To use the shared lounge, you must apply for a card key (1,800 yen (excluding tax)) in advance. It will be delivered by mail about one week after the transfer is confirmed . Applications can be made through the dedicated form on your My Page on our portal site. To apply, you must read and agree to the terms of use.
How to apply for a card key
- Register or log in to the Ladoux Serre Community Portal

Apply via the application form on My Page
- After issuance, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered. The confirmation email will be sent from support@goyoh.jp. If you cannot receive the email, please check your email settings.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email, please try again. If you still do not receive an email after multiple attempts, please contact us via the suggestion box .
- After you apply, we will send an invoice for the card key fee (first time only) to your registered email address from info@good-realestate.co.jp.
- After making the transfer, please reply to the email to which we sent you the invoice to notify us that you have completed the payment.
After confirming your reply, we will ship the card key within about a week.
- Any member living in Ladouceur Esaka can use this facility.
How to enter the shared lounge

Take the stairs to the right of the entrance to the second floor.

Once you get to the second floor, go straight to the left at the end of the hall.

If you go to the very back, you will find the entrance to the coworking space.

By holding the card key over the electronic lock on the black door, it will be unlocked and you will be able to enter the room.
