Wellness Lesson 3: Simple One-Point Communication - Are you making time for yourself? -

overview
Wellness tips from Mr. Hoshizuki, the instructor for our stretching events, have begun distribution.
We will continually provide information to support well-being, mindfulness, and more.
In each session, Dr. Hoshizuki will provide some easy to put into practice advice and answer some of the common physical concerns that many of you may have.
One point advice from Professor Hoshizuki
The theme this time is "relaxation."
Here are some tips to help you spend every day comfortably.
How are you all doing?
This is Hoshizuki.
Bath time is one of the most relaxing times.
When you're busy, many of you probably just take a shower, right?
It's a good idea to soak in the bathtub as much as possible, even if it's just for a short time.
Warming up your body not only relieves fatigue, but also has a refreshing effect by reducing swelling and tension!
A temperature of around 38℃ to 40℃ is recommended.
Longer is not necessarily better, but ideally you should soak for around 10 to 15 minutes.
Frequency over time.
It is important to continue doing it every day and make it a habit.
When it comes to bath salts, it's best to use the one that soothes you the most, rather than its effectiveness!
(Personally, I like Epsom salt. It keeps the bathwater warm even in winter.)
You will sweat, so be sure to drink plenty of fluids before and after bathing.
Please do not push yourself too hard and focus on comfort.
Let's stay healthy in mind and body in 2025!
