Neck Stretch

With good posture, gently support your head with one hand and slowly straighten your neck.

Here is an explanation of good posture

point

  • Stretch slowly, feeling as if your neck is stretching.
  • Keep breathing.
  • It's best to stretch for 30 seconds on each side!

Rio Hoshizuki

As a child actor, she appeared in various stage productions, including "Annie". In 2008, she joined the Takarazuka Revue as a member of the 94th class. Her debut was in the Moon Troupe performance "ME AND MY GIRL". In the same year, she was assigned to the Cosmos Troupe. Her main appearances include "The Rose of Versailles", "TOP HAT", "Elisabeth", "WEST SIDE STORY", "Papa I Love You", "Anastasia", and many others. In September 2021, she left the Takarazuka Revue after "Sherlock Holmes - The Game Is Afoot! -" and "Délicieux! - Sweet Paris -".

Currently, she works as a wellness influencer for ESG real estate service EaSyGo, providing wellness programs in offices and rental housing communities.
