One-point advice from Ms. Hoshizuki
This time, the theme is "Self-Production."
I will tell you tips on how to present yourself.
It is said that first impressions are made in the "first 5 seconds."
It's difficult to assess someone's personality in such a short time when meeting them for the first time, isn't it?
So, what kind of information can be conveyed in 5 seconds?
"Impression," "atmosphere," "vibe"...
There are various factors that create these, but "facial expressions" and "posture" seem to have a significant impact.
You often hear the phrase "body building," right?
To achieve an ideal physique, you exercise your body and train your muscles.
The same applies to your face.
There are over 30 facial muscles, and it is said that in daily life, only 30-40% of them are used.
If you don't consciously move them, your muscle strength will decrease, making it difficult to control them freely and creating a natural smile.
Since wearing masks during the pandemic, I often hear people say, "I can't smile properly."
Many people are too embarrassed to take off their masks in public...
Do you think others will find your facial expression attractive if you don't think it's good yourself?
The answer is no.
Daily effort is the most important thing.
Let's start with what you can do, such as being conscious of smiling and chewing your food well.
Training your facial muscles to build confidence is also a good idea!
・Having expressive facial features
・Maintaining a youthful appearance
・Becoming more positive
These effects can be expected.
Also, a good impression through posture can be created with daily awareness.
Hunched shoulders give off an impression of lacking confidence and being negative, and can also affect your voice.
Master proper posture and gain a confident demeanor!
